Where is the best type of place to work as a cocktail waitress?

I want to get a job some place that I can be a waitress, serve drinks, make good tips and be in a laid back environment. I don't think I want to work at a dance/night club because it is so loud and probably be pretty stressful. I also don't want to just be a regular waitress at any restaurant. Any suggestions?

All waitressing/bartending is stressful and loud. Depending on where you are and the laws it's also smokey too.
Maybe a country club.
