Maintenance of facility, lighting,janitorial,housekeeping, controlling outside contractors, OSHA and EPA regs,saftey , security, grounds, and on and on Alot of work and responsibilty and most importantly alot of experience

To manage the facilities. Meaning the resources both human and technical.
