What is the best way to get a full time job in a few weeks?

I am a permanent resident and have just one verifiable employment history here in the U.S. I got two months to get a full time job. I have tried to send resumes to the employers' emails and received no reply. I am interested in production / security and registered in a couple of staffing services as well. I live in toledo, OH. How can I get a full time job with pay range 7-11 real quick????

if u are willing to work in a school setting www.schoolspring.com is good got 3 jobs and many interviews thru them and many school districts hire security/paras/custodians that way. Hardcopy reusume in bulk to get response also u can call them and check in with labor dept email tends not to work also check local papers many which have online listings http://lmi.state.oh.us/ good luck try and be paitent
