what is it like for a woman on an oil rig?

I am a geology major in my senior year of college and am thinking of working on an oil rig next year. I would work as a mud logger/ geologist (so entry level but not at the bottom). I know working on a rig is traditionally a "man's job" but how are women treated and how many women are actually in the industry? Not too much info out there on this so I am looking for people who work or worked on a rig. Thanks so much!!
