Once offered an H&M role for Sales Assistant, you have to start an 2 week induction. What does this involve?

Do you have to be writing anything or actually being on the shop floor and learning how H&M works (in a different store), as I know that you have to go on a different location from the store you applied for. Does anyone work for this company?

I worked for H&M for 2years. The induction is for anyone starting work for H&M, managers+HR staff+admin. You are sent to other stores in the area and are taught the basics of H&M, the procedures, the policies in place, the way sales staff work and guidelines. Basically you are learning how the store works from a sales associate perspective but at the same time, the person training you grades you and eventually tells HR whether or not you are any good :P
