and if your handheld computer isn't working correctly or for whatever reason, do you simply fill out a form online w/your work? Is it alright w/your boss whenever you don't use your handheld computer? [those little machines are a pain, they are SO SLOW when your trying to document info in them] hmmm, guess there's no sales reps or merchandisers here, lol !!

I turn in my orders via computer on a daily basis. Once a week, we turn in a weekly report of all sales calls made. This is done online, but we print them out so he can review them during our sales meetings.
