There hasn't been a statement what SPT stands for, but for a computer spt analyst technician, one must know how to provide phone and in-person support to customers in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors. He must know how to trouble-shoot hardware/software PC and printer problem and install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals; configures operating system, shrink-wrap programs, and applications software programs. His tasks also includes developing reports and databases and provides technical support for personal computers.
