First you need to learn SAP. Very few employers are going to hire you and then pay you while they teach you how to do your job. That might happen in some lesser skilled career fields like food service, but not in IT. Especially as a consultant. Consultants are consultants because they're experts, not entry level.

Use job sites and corporate web sites to locate SAP jobs. You can just search on "SAP".

There are lots of SAP specific job boards out there. You can quickly find them by searching with Google.
As the previous answer said, it is highly unlikely that a company will hire someone without SAP experience for a SAP job.
There are generally two tracks for SAP consulting - functional and technical. Unless you have programming background, technical track is out of the question.
Here are the broad categories of SAP related jobs:
1. Implementation consultant, companies like SAP and IT consulting firms hire SAP consultants to work on projects for their clients.
2. In-house implementation. Say that company X has decided to implement SAP, thus will be needing expertise from someone who already had the experience.
3. Maintenance. Company Y already using SAP and need someone in-house to do periodic updates etc.
It is very unlikely that those in the 2nd and 3rd category above will hire anyone without experience. They know it costs too much to train someone and will loose their investment as soon as the person is sufficiently experienced to some other higher paying job.
Best wishes.
