What are the top skills a successfull Senior Executive Assistant should have?

I'm trying to redo my resume and I want to have a section on my resume on the first page that list the most important skills (and I'll list one to two bullets of accomplishment for each skill) that every employer looks for/desires/needs.

In addition to the answers above, you should point out that you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - if this is the case! As a senior-level assistant, you will be working very closely with your boss(es), and they will likely be looking for someone who communicates well and gets along with others. Excellent selling point keywords are diplomacy, tact, discretion, positive attitude, and initiative. Good luck!

Well, look at your own job description and see if there is anything in there that you feel you excel in. You can't just make this stuff up--it is what you have accomplished and what your best skills are. Have you received any awards. How about your progress review. What do you believe you do well that makes your boss satisfied with your performance.
