there are a lot of variables to look at: annual sales of the location hours required to work number of employees working for you market in which you work(cost of living) If i had to guess i would say between 35,000 to 60,000 If its a major company then they will have a set pay structure for managers, you should be able to get this in writing. They probably will have a base salary plus incentives. Good luck, I manage a electronics retail store and our pay structure varies by the store volume. Email me if you need advice.

A:
expect maybe 45k.
