How to get a commercial fishing job?

I live in Sydney, Australia. Where would I start to try and get a job on a commercial fishing boat. It doesn't matter if it's crab, tuna or prawns......just want a job as a deckhand. Also if anyone could give me an indication of how well a job like this could pay.

Try going to the docks, if there is not any docks, then go to http://monster.com I am sure you can find that job there. I am an American, so I don't know how much they pay where you are from
