They are actually two separate professions albeit both may work with children. I looked up INFJ which is a type of personality test for I suppose treatment. OT's typically work with children who have sensory integration (basically how information from the environment gets processed by the one or all of the five senses -- hearing, seeing, tasting, touching, smelling) problems and how the child is able to perform certain daily tasks such as school work, grooming themselves. There is some psych involved with OT though not actual psychotherapy as perhaps with child psych.
For more info: http://www.bls.gov/oco and search 'occupational therapist' or 'psychologist'. A licensed psychologist typically needs a doctorate degree. The OTR (occupational therapist, registered) needs a bachelor's or master's degree though there are some doctorate level OT programs. OT can be both mentally and physically draining as a cousin went for occupational therapy assistant.
For US colleges: http://www.utexas.edu/world/univ
http://www.wikipedia.org albeit not for research has info on 'sensory integration dysfunction' just fyi.

I am also an INFJ but I don't think that alot of people here would know what you're talking about so you should repost your question and elaborate.
Anyway I think either one would be good, if you enjoy working with children alot, maybe do the child psych.
Incidentally, I am in HR. We may be shy types but we do love to help people don't we. :)

Occupational Therapist of course.
You will help more people and it will be more rewarding.
Psychologist's have no clue about the real happenings in the mind. NONE what so ever. You are kidding yourself if you actually believe that it is a real science. Most Psychs. become psychs. because they are screwed up and want to cure their own problems. Sorry but you asked.
Good Luck
