If I were you probably I go for admin, cause I prefer to control people rather be control and in this way I can rely on myself more and find more upportunities. C U in printing company. Have fun.

Hmmm... I am a dental nurse...(15yrs) and until a year ago I hated it. now I love it, only cause i have a fantastic boss and theres only one other girl there (part-time) who i get along with very well. Dental nursing can be pretty hard on the body. Ganglions in the wrist which can be extremely painful. (not everyone gets them tho) Back and neck problems from sitting in the same position 9hrs a day.. Some practices have a lot of employees and you can get a lot of bitchiness, but i guess thats the same in any job. (try for a practice with 1 dentist if you can, that way you get more perks and move around more/ reception) You can also continue studies and become a hygenist, technician etc and make more money than nursing.. (a lot more responsibility comes with this too!)Pay depends on how nice your boss is.. Its very easy to get a job as a DA.. (you dont always need a certificate if the dentist is desperate for staff) which a lot are...they are always advertised.. thats not necessarily a good thing..(may mean pay is crap or boss is an a-hole.) Admin is probably more useful and you're not stuck in one catagory.. Dental nursing you may get to do reception also and can go on and do a medical reception course and work for doctors or become a practice manager in ANY other field...(optometrists, physios, medical centres)Some dentists do pay a lot, you just have to find them. Both will always be in demand...and you will get a job anywhere as a DA... personally.....If i had to do DA again I would Continue studies in this field.... and do the practice management, get my radiology certificate, and hopefully be earning a lot more money. Again, it depends on the employer.. you may have these certificates and only get paid $40 more than me... My dad & grandpa are dentists and both their wives are dental nurses...so it was kinda mapped out for me cause i didnt pay attention in school......the other VERY important fact to consider is......Dental appointments are VERY EXPENSIVE...these days its $200 for a just check and clean.. As a dental nurse, I have NEVER had to pay a cent for a filling, and i can clean my own teeth.....and family get SPECIAL rates too. It may sound like a dumb thing to say, but Ive saved a hell of a lot of money.....its worth considering... but the BEST idea is to become a temp... they get paid a LOT, and work all around the place.... not so boring. good luck

You don't have the qualifications to be a dental assistant, you have to go to school for that. Also, a printing company may not hire you b/c of lack of experience.

i suggest any as long as it pays well so you could continue your studies....continue a career of your interest that could pay better than the 2 you mentioned.
