If so, can you give me a description on what the job would be like as in tasks and daily activities and also, do you know how much it pays? I've tried to look it up on salary.com and had no luck finding that specific position.

Position Summary: Position is responsible for the development of employee competencies in the use of information technology. Additionally, to facilitate and identify process improvement opportunities with regard to how work is done and how our technology supports our business requirements. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the coordination of all technology / process related training activities at Bacardi USA. • To ensure all employees develop the right competencies to leverage our existing technologies in response to their business needs and market requirements. • Develop and lead training workshops, which support employee development of key technology competencies as it relates to the needs of the position • Documentation of technology systems – availability, accessibility, business purpose and how to use • Understand procedures and processes company wide to: • Define relationships with other processes/departments • Communicate to others the objectives and purpose of the processes • Realize improvement/efficiency opportunities to increase value • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and constantly be open to new practices • Learn to seamlessly and effectively introduce new approaches, methods and supporting systems in an evolving organization.
