Any BIG Design/Web/Multimedia firm in Singapore offering high pay?

I want to switch my career from embeded programming to my real interest -> web design or flash design.
I do not want to join small web firms offering 2k+ salary. Since my current pay is 3k. Any big firm in singapore offering such positions? Expected salary 3k, or at least close to 3k.

from where are you and do you have a portfolio ? there are lots for dubai , you just have to show them what you got
