hi i work as a supervisor and ive been asked for 10 ways to maximise sales in our furniture deparmtnet
i want to impress my boss and improve sales but not sure how?

You could have themed days where theres offers on furniture with a certain theme and everyone could dress up! And raise money for charity at the same time thats excellent publisity too the local paper would probably cover it.
