Starting pay for Target actually depends on your city so it varies place to place but that's something you could ask at interview or anyone who works there should know. Discount is 10% off of everything including clearance and sales. There are lots of benefits so I really couldn't write them all on here. I think that Target is a pretty good place to work although as far as holidays go be prepared for chaos!
working at target for two and a half years

I worked at Target as a cashier for half a year it was o.k. Your feet and back hurt at the end of your shift from standing. But about the pay if you have some experience they will give you more than minimum wage around $7.00-$7.20(cashier & cart attendant). If you work in departments like the deli or starbucks and the stock room they give you more than that. They will let you know after they interview you how much they will pay you. I worked at retail stores in the mall but Target was the one who paid the most.
