How much should I charge for a catering job?

My mom got her first big catering job, she has catered small groups from 20-30 and has been highly recomended to these people, but this one is about 200-250 people, besides the amount she is going to spend on food how much should she ask for?

you need to be making 100% profit so firstly decide how much it will cost you to feed say 200 people depending on what food you are going to serve for instance £3 per head would be £600 then double it
