Where can I find Entry Level Paralegal jobs that require little to no experience?

My friend is looking for a job as a Paralegal but doesn't have any experience. She does however have a degree but she wants to be safe. I want to know if there are any online sites that offer entry level positions besides College Grad. Thank you

I have to agree with the first poster, without any experience, it will be extremely difficult finding a job as a paralegal. Most firms do not want to pay someone the rate of a paralegal and then train him/her. What she should do is start out as a legal secretary, or perhaps a legal secretary / paralegal trainee. Also, see if she can get assignments through temp agencies - she can get experience that way too.

Even with a degree, if she has no experience, it is unlikely that she will be hired as a paralegal. She could start as a legal secretary and build up her experience then hopefully be promoted to a paralegal. What degree does she have? Does she have a paralegal degree or something else? When I graduated with my paralegal degree I couldn't find a job as a paralegal because I had no experience. I had to do what I recommend to your friend, start as a legal secretary and work my way up.
