I'm not sure what country you are from, but in the United States gender discrimination is a crime. But, I would hesitate to go down that road without a really good reason and documented instances of gender discrimination.
Is it possible you are misinterpreting her attitude or actions? Did you come to the decision she gender discriminates, or have you been told that by others? Sometimes we can be led to believe something that is not necesarily true if it seems to fit the situation. I am guilty of that myself.
I would ask her to sit down with you and go over a career path. Have an idea of where you want to be within the company in 5 years and 10 years before you walk into that meeting. Ask her where she sees you in 5 years. Explain your aspirations and have a basic plan of attack to make it happen. If she starts to see you as someone who could make her look good to her superiors, she may take a different view of you. Figure out if you can reach your goals while helping her reach hers.
One hand washes the other.
Good Luck.
