Career Questions and Answers

At 22 years old living in the San Francisco Bay area, would an electrician be a profitable career?
Asked by Dan W
I'm looking into the apprenticeship program with a local union, but I want to be able to buy a home and live a normal life in 5-7 years. Would an electrician in the bay area be able to make enough to live a suburbian life? I plan on becoming a Journeyman after my 5th year in the apprenticeship.
