Will somebody help me in getting a job in a school to be teachers assistant for kids 3rd to 5th grade ?

I live in Oshkosh Wi, and I am 36 yrs. in need of a job. I am really good with kids considering I have three of my own and I babysit my ex's baby. I also interact with my kids friends. I treat other kids as though they were mine even though they're not. I also need to pay child support and financially do my part. Could somebody please help me out?

i really hate to say this but usually with something like this people come from the bottom to the top in this position when comes to teachers aide im talking about volunteering your time and showing them you are that type then they would let you in.
