electrician??

i applied for an apprentice electrician licence and they said they are going to mail it to me in a week.
now the thing is i don't know even the basics of being an electrician so where do i go now?? unions??
and which field is better residential,commercial/industrial or lineman?? which one is the easiest(physhically)?

neither one is easier..You need to go to IBEW local union you can look it up on line.. put in your state it will give contact numbers.
