How much Appleone charge on finding an Accounting Manager?

I'm recently hire to replace an accounting manager,I have been working for the co for 7 days,they seem to be impress with me for being a quick learner.There are also 2 accounting assistant, who will be reporting to me n i shall delegate/arrange some duties to them as times go by.Now the question is,i got this job through Appleone, the co is currently paying me $20/hour, I'm curious to know how much Appleone charge out of that service?I'm also planning to negotiate for salary adjustment after 3 months probation if they are happy with my performance.FYI, the Previous accounting manager left the company in rush,so the accounts was and still is a bit messy,before they hire me, they used to hire someone who only worked for them for only 3 or 4 days and quit.not sure why. but i have the feeling that the company is tired of looking and changing people and also tired of messy accounts,any advise on Appleone fee and advise on negotiating a raise appreciated. The co is in Ontario,California.
