How do I break through employment barriers at healthcare corperations?

I have a blog about employment in the healthcare industry. I want to write about how people can get hiring advantages over a typical prospective employee at hospital chains and scientific companies (J&J, etc). Any tips? For example, how does one contact a specific hiring manager at XYZ corp?

ya..to get an advantage.. you need education and experience.

The quality in highest demand today in health care is EXPERIENCE! Then, education which is probably true for most career fields. Contacting the manager begins with a look up on google. Then, a call to the operator, asking for the name and number of the hiring manager for whatever department of interest. Also, look for recruiters in the company.
