Good things :You will get a good sleep the next day afternoon and you can attend to some personal work in the day time e.g.shopping,going to matinee shows,bank-work,payment of mobile bills,telephonr bills and electricity bills. Bad thigs:If you are continously on night shifts everyday you are likely to suffer from Insomnia(sleeplessness)and this may lead to lack of concentration,loss of memory,confusion etc.

Would love the night shift since you usually work fewer hours and have all day for appointments and sunshine.
