Can a convicted Felon obtain a Class A CDL Lisence?
Asked by curious
My brother is a convicted felon and he was looking into getting a CDL lisence but got some second hand information claiming that felons can not obtain a Class A CDL. Does anybody know if this is true?

Best Answer:
felons can not obtain a cdl because most companies go to canada..and canada does a very extensive background check.

A:
You need to check your local laws, this varies state to state and it has nothing to do with Canadian law.
