What is the best onlie school for Medical coding and Billing?

Does anyone have any expirence with Medical coding and billing courses online? If so are they worth it? And which ones?

None. I would rather try to find a local, a reputable school program with job placement . It is very hard to find that kind of job as an entry level (http://www.indeed.com/forum/job/medical-coder/05390c183c137e18727c4602?myst=50) and Employers won't recognize your credits if they do not know the school you attended... my opinion..
