Best job for someone who only has experience in a grocery store?

she wants something better but is 50+ and has only gas station and grocery store experience and is not interested in going back to school.

Why not take a look at network marketing, if she has been working in a gas station and grocery store she must be used to working with people. Network marketing is ideal because you do not need any experience, only a desire to change your lifestyle. Without getting some additional education or training, retail jobs will probably be about the only place to find a job.
