Job Ideas. Please help.?

Well my dad lost his job last year to this whole delfi thing. He worked as a security guard, and one time he got his should very hurt. He got surgery and they screwed it up, and now he can barely raise his right arm. I honestly dont no if he went to college, but i wanna be able 2 give him some ideas for a job because I know hes very low on money. so please give me some ideas. thanks so much!
