Where can I find work doing medical billing from home?

I recently completed a course for medical billing, and found a job. The pay isn't very good, so I'd like to find additional work I could do from home. Where can I find work like this?

You will have to scare up your own accounts by sending a mailer to the doctors in town and then follow up by a personal visit. It won't be easy. And doctors have a reputation of being slow to pay.
