Any time warner cable sales reps out there?

I am a new employee through Time Warner Cable! I have 10 years of experience in the door and window industry (Millworks) I just got a job at Time Warner Cable as a sales rep. I want any kind of feed back as to what kind of technique some people use on developing a pipleline to be successful on sales! I thank you for your support!

I called At&t customer service to have them explain my bill to me, and the call ended up with the representative trying to get me to upgrade my phone servce (somehow paying 10 more dollars per month is saving me money) and trying to get me to sign up for dish network. Unbelievable....I only called to get help with my bill, not to be pressured into buying more stuff. Don't do crap like that, it is really irritating and it made me want to dump At&t altogether.
