Can you use Abercrombie & Fitch discount when not employed if you are a seasonal employee?

I was wondering if you work at Abercrombie & Fitch if you can use your normal employee discount when you are not working due to me working seasonal. Thanks for your answers!

After you haven't worked for a month, your employee discount card is cancelled. I worked at A&F during the summers while in college and I would always buy a gift card before I quit for the school year, since you get the 30% off, and can use them anytime!
