Focus on the employer and their needs. Avoid writing things that have to do with advancement, skills, and furthering YOUR career. They get this point already through your experience, and the fact that you are applying with their company. Instead hone in on your years of experience and your familiarity with machinery. Empasize this point as being a bonus as a trained machine operator by adding value to their corporation as well as operations due to your abilities to function with little to no training, despite the fact that you are a bit rusty due to child rearing responsibilities.
