I am working on a clerical/ office resume, i need some help with this line to make it sound better.....?

Seeking a clerical position, within a general office, ..............what can i put here to make this sound good.............. Then i list these skills and experiences I can bring with me: Customer Service, Cash handling and Collections experience Extremely productive in a high volume, high stress environment Reliable and trustworthy with strong communication skills Office equipment skills include copiers, fax machines, filing and telephones Computer skills: Microsoft Windows, MS Word, data entry, basic internet and typing Is it necessary to put the wpm that you type on to your resume?

Divide the resume into four different sections as detailed below. you will be able to present with a clean and elegant resume. Objective: To support the management by taking complete responsibility of the clerical functions in a general office environment. Accomplishments: 1. Demonstrated Higher Productivitiy during circumstances of high volume and high stress. 2. Strong Experience in Customer Service, Cash Handling and Collections. Soft Skills: 1. MS Windows, MS Word. 2. Experience in data entry, basic internet and typing. Special Mention: 1. Excellent Communication Skills. 2. Reliable and Trustworthy. 3. Experience with office automation equipments including copiers, fax machines, filing and telephones.

It's not necessary to put wpm; but most places want at least 50wpm, so put it on. Your other skills sound good to me.
