The difference between medical administering (also called Medical Front Office) are the people who take care of the front office such as checking the patients in when they come in to the office and sign in, process the information from the chart for billing on procedures, filing, and now most recently electronic medical records. The medical assistant is the person that does the hands on with the patients such as taking the blood pressure and weight, and giving injections.
For what you would be looking for it would be Medical Front Office.
