How does one get started as a landman in Louisiana?

I have no background in the oil and gas business, but I do have a college degree. Any help would be great.

You should find someone in the business to train under to learn the oil industry in Lousianna. It will probably be hard to get into this industry but not impossible. Most land men will not want to train you since you will be more competition to them.
