No. Please see my other post for the scam about processing accounts receivables and keeping a 10-20% commission for your trouble. The checks are fake or stolen. If deposited, they will bounce and you will asked to reimburse the bank.

Probably not. You could try guru.com... its legit, but you have to pay for membership. If that doesn't suit you, you could try to set up your own investment management business online.
