What are some basic qualifications or requirements to get an entry level job in healthcare industry?
Asked by picfrlife
I am in Finance industry for the last 8 years. I do not have a CPA but have gained experience starting out a clerk and now am a financial analyst. I would like to find an entry level job in medical industry but not sure how or what skills I could transfer to find an entry level job. Or what is the basic qualification required to find an entry level job without transferring existing skills or experience.

So you would rather be on the clinical side of healthcare than the business side? The easiest thing for you would to work in payroll or something in a healthcare facility. But if you don't want to do that then you are going to need some education, become a CNA, phlebotomist, EMT- these don't take that long to train for and will help you get an entry level job.
