I am looking at this opportunity , but I am not sure if 9000 dirhams/ month is an okay salary in dubai ? if not how much will be a good salary for a production supervisor in paint industry in dubai ?

9,000.00 AED = 2,450.58 USD not bad if there are not taxes involved you will make close to $30,000 Good Luck
