Representative Account Coordinator?

I've worked for a collection agency for two years and I got hired to work as an account coordinator for inside sales. They will give me 17k per year, is this fair???

OMG! Are they also going to give commission? If yes, then it's fair per yrs, but if not, then you better work at a gas station and make 25k per yr! Good Luck Sweety :)
