ADV:Having a parttime job builds experience just like a full time job. It provides monetary gain and still allows you to manage your day with other things involved such as school; or another job; or an interest. You aren't committed to the company in the event you are seeking different employers yet you still have stability. You get to feel the company to determine if you want to stick with them or not. You don't have to spend your entire day at one routine and in one environment. And most of all, you have flexibility!
DIS: Sometimes no health benefits; no sicktime; no vacation time.
I believe there is more adv to a parttime job than dis.

I agree with the previous comment,
having a part time job is just as good as working full time. It shows you are flexible and it allows you the opportunity to continue your search for other potential full time jobs. If your plans involve school, it leaves availability for classes day and night.
Either way, you can't go wrong and sometimes those part time jobs lead to bigger and better things.

A:
Advantages: Work to gain experience and allows you to have free time to go to class (night) if the part time job only lets you work during the day
Disadvantages: Not enough money to pay your bills, unpaid vacation, no benefits.
