I want to start a site but dont have the required skills to do so. I am planning to create a huge site. So, i wanted to know how much it will cost me to hire a developer. Also, can you tell me if it will be more profitable to hire a developer or keep a full time developer?

Use elance.com or guru.com. Post your project and the project requirements, along with your budget and you should at least get an idea of what it will cost to do. If you decide to move forward, make sure you select a reputable provider. Hourly rates in countries like India, Russia and China range from about $10-$50 an hour. Don't put the hours required in your proposal, let them figure that out. Good luck!
