I am applying at ATT as a bilingual customer service rep. but I cannot write in Spanish as well as I can speak

So basically i'm asking if anyone knows how their language assesment test is, and if not being able to write in Spanish will be a problem... I can write just it will be misspelled.

The AT&T testing (at least as it was prior to being acquired by SBC) is a typing test, written test, a following directions test (This is where you answer questions about a table ((rows and columns) and then there are oral instructions given that overide the written questions) This test is very stressful and they are trying to get people to 'give up'. Be patient there are 15 questions and 10 oral directions. The oral directions only apply to about 4 of the written questions and some of those tell you to change it back to the original answer. If it gets confusing and just ignore the oral instructions and you will pass. As far as the language test they give you a price list and a sales brochure of some products and then have 4 pretend customers call to place orders. The first 2 are simple. The 3rd one is a little confusing because the sale overides the price guide and the 4th call is the hardest. It is a customer calling in irate complaining. Just show empathy and patience and say things like you will be glad to help resolve the issue and let them vent. There is no written tests where you have to answer in essay form so don't worry. You will do fine. GOOD LUCK!
