working for Deloitte, had my att exams in Nov 07. wot will happen if i resign once i know i passed?

I don't work for Deloitte, but a similar system is in place where I work, but we have the option of paying for our exams ourselves, therefor we can leave when we like.
Your contract should state the length of time you need to remain working with them once your finals are over. i would imagine any repayment would be on a pro rata basis.

It all depends on whats written on your contract.
If your employers pays for all fees/books then you might have to pay it back.
Some employers now state that you HAVE to work for them for a certain lenght of time as they are paying your fees etc....
