What should a bartender wear if he works in a clubbish type of bar full of younger partiers?

what should he wear? lets say the bartender is in his early 20's name brands would be nice if you could list some.

It really depends on the atmosphere of the bar, and if they have any theme going. Can you give us more details? What I can tell you now, though, is that wearing brand names to work is generally a bad idea unless your employer suggests it. You can get things that are appropriate and look good without spending a whole lot just to ruin them at work.
