Well, it really depends on the position. There are literally hundreds of different jobs in this industry, as there are in most. So, ask them questions that correspond to the job, not the industry.

1. See if they are brown and with a beard or turban. Refuse them the job straight away. 2. If non-brown, do not ask them anything, see if they are cute enough. If yes, refer them. Simple....and ......straight
