How can a carpenter in Texas make a decent living?
Asked by Al Moes Kraesee
How can a carpenter in Texas compete when the government allows ILLEGAL aliens free reign in the market place? Anyone else been deprived of a career built over 30 yrs. found a way to start over? Any ideas would be apprecieated as a lifetime of investment in what was once an honorable and practical career has "gone South".

My cousin was having the same problem, but he had enough experience to open up his own business. Now he's doing great! He gets contracted by someone, so he goes to the job to do an evaluation, then he contracts someone else out to do the easy work, and just gives them a percentage. He's getting paid to not be there, so it fits his lifestyle. (He's lazy...)
