What is the California Department of Corrections PAT test really like?

I am on the calendar to take the CA Dept of Corrections PAT test on 2-22-08. I am really excited about it and I am also worried. I really want to be a YCC, but I need to pass the test. Any help or stories about how hard it is would be great.

Easy as pie !!! Don't worry about it . all you do is ride a stationary bike(gotta ride at a certain speed 90rpm-100rpm) do a couple lift etst and thats it !!! What part of the state are you going to?
