Up or down? What is the most professional way to wear long hair for a job interview? I'm 31, have a long layered cut that goes to the middle of my back, but is just below my chin in the front. I wear it straight, with a slight bit of wave or flip on the ends of the layers. It's naturally curly and goes wild is I attempt to curl it, so that's out. I have professional highlights that often get compliments.

it doesn't matter u wear Ur hair up or down .......... but it is important that it looks simple yet elegant so it depends on Ur age, experience, hair texture etc if u r young that is less then 30 with few or no experience wid straight hair then go for Ur hair down but if u hav more age and experience then go for tieing up ur hair
